  They got my order completely wrong, I build my own pasta and they gave me something from the menu. Manager took my order off the bill, no questions asked. Servers were very nice.

  It is very poorly managed and the wait staff are extremely under trained. The food is the regular fast food Boston Pizza quality. Just takes twice as long to show up. I edited this review, because when we showed up for drinks for a friend's birthday the wait staff was inattentive and couldn't handle a drink that Old Spaghetti handled without any problems. When our friend showed up suddenly, since she knew our acquaintances the service got much better. Overall, a very crappy experience. Would not recommend.

  Gave a 3 star rating because on the lounge side, service is quite prompt and good. If I rated the lounge side alone I would rate it as a 4. However, on the restaurant side......service is terrible. 50 minute ticket times for a burger and fries order is unacceptable and the waitresses are very rude and need training. If I rated that side it would likely be a 1.

  I am a local and we don't have a lot of choice here, but honestly, I don't think my nerves can handle coming here anymore. The service is SO bad! Incredibly slow, even when it's not busy. Constant order screw ups. I have yet to ever receive my cutlery before my meal. Getting drink refills is a nightmare (which really sucks when you have kids). I used to work at a BPs and I can tell you that these staff members are terribly undertrained - I think the manager is undertrained! I was so excited that we were getting a BPs because my kids love them. But to be honest, until you do a complete over haul of your staff training, we won't be back. Sals is a hundred times better, so we will just be getting takeout from them from now on.
